Compliance & Use

All compounds are sold strictly for laboratory and research purposes. They are not intended for human consumption, veterinary use, or any therapeutic, diagnostic, or cosmetic application. By purchasing, you agree to the RUO acknowledgment signed at checkout.
Yes. At checkout you'll click-through and digitally sign an RUO Terms Agreement and a Chargeback / Mail-Fraud Policy. Both signed PDFs are emailed to you immediately after order placement.
Yes. You must be 21+ to enter the site. The age gate is required by our compliance policy and resets every 30 days unless you opt to be remembered.

Quality & Testing

Every product page links to its current Certificate of Analysis. The COA Portal also lets you search by SKU or batch number to verify what shipped.
All compounds are released after testing by independent third-party labs in the US. We test for identity (HPLC), mass (MS), purity, sterility (USP <71>), and endotoxin (LAL) on every batch.
99%+ identity purity is the floor for any released batch. Most batches test at 99.4–99.8%. If a batch falls below standard, it is destroyed — not shipped.

Shipping & Fulfillment

Orders placed by 2pm PT (M–F) ship the same business day. Orders after 2pm or on weekends ship the next business day. Tracking is sent at fulfillment.
FedEx 2-Day is the base service on all U.S. domestic orders. Free on orders $250+, otherwise $15.99 flat.
FedEx cannot deliver to PO Boxes. We automatically reroute PO Box addresses via USPS Priority Mail at no extra charge.
Yes. Canadian orders ship via FedEx International (3–5 business days). International customers are responsible for import duties, taxes, and customs fees. We are not responsible for seized packages, returns, or customs delays.

Orders & Payment

Credit/debit (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), crypto (BTC, ETH, USDC — automatic 5% off), and ACH/bank transfer for orders over $500.
If your order hasn't shipped yet, email us within 1 hour of placement. Once a tracking number is generated, we cannot recall the package.
Filing a chargeback after order delivery is a violation of the terms you sign at checkout. It results in account termination, blacklist from future orders, and may be referred to mail-fraud authorities. If you have an issue, contact support — we resolve every legitimate concern.
