1. Eligibility

• You will handle, store, and dispose of all products in accordance with applicable safety regulations

3. Account Registration

You may create an account to streamline future orders. When doing so you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are associated with fraudulent activity.

4. Order Acceptance & Cancellations

All orders placed through the Site constitute an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our sole discretion. An order is not confirmed until you receive an order-confirmation email from us.

We may refuse or cancel orders based on:

• Suspected misuse or intent inconsistent with research purposes
• Shipping restrictions to certain jurisdictions
• Incorrect or unverifiable billing / shipping information
• Product unavailability or pricing errors

If an order is cancelled after payment has been captured, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed on the Site are in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise noted and are subject to change without prior notice. We are not responsible for typographical errors in pricing; in the event of such an error, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

Payments are securely processed via trusted third-party gateways. Disguised Alpha does not store any payment card details. By submitting payment, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We strive to ship all orders the same or next business day. Once shipped, delivery times depend on the carrier and destination. Tracking information is provided via email for every order.

Disguised Alpha is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, carrier disruptions, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, etc.).

7. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of research-grade products, returns are accepted only under limited circumstances:

• Damaged in transit — contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos
• Incorrect item — contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Defective product — must be reported within 7 days with supporting documentation

Refunds or replacements are issued at our discretion. We do not accept returns for change-of-mind, buyer's remorse, or if the product has been opened or tampered with outside the scope of the above exceptions.

8. Limitation of Liability

Disguised Alpha is not liable for any damages, injuries, losses, or claims arising from the misuse, mishandling, or improper storage of our products. The buyer assumes all risk and responsibility upon receipt and use of any product purchased from this Site.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Disguised Alpha, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the Site or any product
• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• Statements or conduct of any third party on the Site
• Any other matter relating to the Site or our products

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, and software — is the property of Disguised Alpha or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Sacramento County, California.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
