Order Processing
All orders placed through Disguised Alpha are processed within 1–3 business days. During periods of high order volume, promotions, inventory restocks, or compliance review, processing times may extend slightly.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day. Once your order has been processed and shipped, a tracking number will automatically be emailed to the address associated with your order.
No card transactions are allowed for international shipping. Available payment methods and shipping eligibility may vary based on destination, compliance requirements, and applicable restrictions.
Shipping Methods
Disguised Alpha currently ships using major domestic carriers, including:
Shipping speeds are determined by the carrier or service selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed by Disguised Alpha.
Shipping Time Estimates
Carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, and logistical disruptions may affect delivery times.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is correct at checkout. Disguised Alpha is not responsible for:
- Orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses
- Packages returned due to address errors
- Delivery failures caused by incorrect customer information
If an order is returned due to incorrect address information, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has shipped and has been transferred to the carrier, the carrier assumes responsibility for delivery. If your package appears lost or delayed:
If Route shipping protection was selected at checkout, claims may be filed through Route for eligible reimbursement or replacement.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives visibly damaged, please complete the following within 48 hours of delivery:
- Take clear photos of the packaging and contents
- Contact our support team with your order number
- Keep all packaging materials until the issue is reviewed
Our support team will assist with reviewing the issue and determining the appropriate next steps.
Compliance & Shipping Restrictions
Disguised Alpha respects federal, state, and local laws. Shipping restrictions may apply based on destination, product type, and applicable compliance requirements.
Our shipping restrictions are listed in the website footer and are automatically updated by WAAVE compliance where applicable.
Returns
Due to the sensitive nature of laboratory research compounds, Disguised Alpha does not accept returns on any opened or used products. Once an order has been shipped, all sales are considered final. This policy ensures product integrity, sterility standards, and research compliance.
Incorrect Orders
If you receive an incorrect item due to an error on our end, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the received item
- A brief description of the issue
Our team will work with you to correct the problem.
Damaged or Defective Items
If an item arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of:
- The outer packaging
- The product container
- The shipping label
Once verified, we will determine the appropriate resolution.
Order Changes or Cancellations
Orders may only be modified or cancelled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order enters the fulfillment process, it cannot be cancelled or altered.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety, compliance, and product integrity reasons, the following items are non-returnable:
- Lyophilized research compounds
- Liquid research solutions
- Peptide vials or capsules
- Opened laboratory products
- Clearance or promotional items

All products sold by Disguised Alpha are intended strictly for lawful laboratory research purposes only. Products are not approved for human consumption or animal use and must be handled and stored in accordance with appropriate laboratory practices.
