Lyophilized research material
Hexarelin Acetate comes as a 5MG lyophilized vial for lab research. It is a synthetic peptide studied in GHS-R1a and ghrelin receptor research.
It is for researchers who want a clear 5MG label and open peptide identity. It comes in a clean vial with product records. It also gets our own QA review, careful handling and direct in-house shipping.
Hexarelin, also called examorelin, is a growth hormone-releasing peptide (GHRP). It is a linear chain of six amino acids: His-D-2-methyl-Trp-Ala-Trp-D-Phe-Lys-NH2. The chain has two D-amino acids and one non-standard residue. Its C-terminus is amidated.
A 1994 rat study calls it a GHRP analog. In this analog, the chemically more stable 2-methyl-tryptophan takes the place of tryptophan (Deghenghi et al., 1994).
It acts at the growth hormone secretagogue receptor, GHS-R1a. This is the receptor for ghrelin (Orkin et al., 2003). It also binds CD36, a glycoprotein on heart muscle cells (Bodart et al., 2002).
In Chinese hamster ovary cells that express human GHS-R1a, hexarelin raised intracellular calcium. The response was markedly desensitized 2 to 5 minutes after a first exposure (Orkin et al., 2003).
Labs study how peptides like this one act on the receptor. They also study how repeat exposure may change cell signaling and how well the receptor responds.
A peptide research product needs more checks than a simple listing. Identity, clear strength labels and the look of the vial all matter. So do product records, label accuracy, storage needs, packing and shipping.
We review it as a whole research product. We check its 5MG strength label, the finished vial and its records. Our own QA and direct shipping are part of the same review.
Hexarelin Acetate research guide
Retain the product label and lot number with the research record. Review the matching certificate of analysis for test coverage and reported results. Identity, analytical purity, measured content, sterility and endotoxin testing are distinct assessments; one does not establish the others.
Follow the supplied label and your laboratory’s validated handling and storage procedures. Record the vehicle, concentration and preparation date where relevant. Dry-material stability does not establish the shelf life of a prepared solution.
The listed milligrams refer to material per vial, not concentration or administration instructions. A prepared solution has its own concentration and stability requirements. Verify the exact selected option and shipping lot.
Open the linked certificate for the assigned lot or use the COA portal. Check sample identity, methods, date and reported measurements. A report for another lot or formulation is not a substitute.
The current certificate is matched to the selected product option and assigned shipping batch.
