SLU-PP-332 is a small-molecule estrogen-related receptor (ERR) agonist investigated in metabolic and exercise-response research. This listing is the Disguised Alpha 100 mg capsule format. The label amount describes material per capsule; it is not an administration recommendation.
100 mg per capsule = 100,000 mcg per capsule. On the same per-capsule basis, that is 200 times the labeled mass of 500 mcg, 100 times that of 1 mg, 20 times that of 5 mg and 10 times that of 10 mg. These are mass comparisons, not claims of greater potency, absorption or biological effect.
The higher-content format changes the amount of material in each labeled unit. It does not establish an effective human dose or make capsules interchangeable with liquids, vials or blends. Compare the exact compound, format, per-unit amount and package count.
For a detailed comparison, see SLU-PP-332 100 mg: strength, units, price comparisons and research evidence.
Published work examines ERR signaling and metabolic responses in experimental models. These findings explain interest in the compound, but do not establish the performance or suitability of a finished capsule in a particular assay. Review the original methods and identify the material, vehicle and model used before comparing results.

For this listing, the precise specification is 100 mg per capsule. “High dose” is an imprecise search term and does not describe an established human dose. Compare the labeled units and format rather than relying on that phrase.
No. They are distinct compounds in ERR research. The SLU-PP-915 10 mg capsule listing has its own identity, specifications and documentation; the two products are not interchangeable.
Not by itself. Purity and measured content answer different questions. A content result must identify the tested sample and compatible units before it can be compared with the capsule label.
Match the selected product and assigned shipping lot to the COA portal. Check sample identity, test date, method and the results actually reported. Published research is not a batch certificate. For missing specifications or formulation questions, contact Disguised Alpha.

As studied, it is a synthetic agonist of all three estrogen-related receptors, orphan nuclear receptors called ERR alpha, beta and gamma. In cell reporter assays its half-maximal effective concentration was 98 nanomolar at ERR alpha, 230 at ERR beta and 430 at ERR gamma, with no activity at the classical estrogen receptors.
Through its targets: the estrogen-related receptors it activates control genes for mitochondrial biogenesis, oxidative phosphorylation and fatty acid oxidation. In C2C12 mouse myoblasts, 24 hours of exposure raised maximum mitochondrial respiration and the ERR target gene PDK4.
Only in mice. In the 2023 study that described it, sedentary male C57BL/6J mice treated with SLU-PP-332 ran longer on a treadmill than vehicle controls and held more oxidative type IIa fibers, and it raised Ddit4, a gene of the acute aerobic exercise program. Without ERR alpha in muscle, the Ddit4 rise and longer running were lost.
No. PubMed indexes no clinical trial of SLU-PP-332, ClinicalTrials.gov lists no study of it, and Drugs@FDA lists no product containing it (all searched 19 October 2026). Its published work is laboratory research in cell cultures, including cells grown from human surgical biopsies, in mice, and in human liver fractions used to map its metabolites.
