KLOW combines four separately named peptide components in a single research vial. The labeled total is 80 mg: 50 mg GHK-Cu plus 10 mg each of BPC-157, TB-500 and KPV. The 80 mg figure describes the total blend, not the quantity of each component.
| Component | Labeled amount per vial |
|---|---|
| GHK-Cu | 50 mg |
| BPC-157 | 10 mg |
| TB-500 | 10 mg |
| KPV | 10 mg |
| Total | 80 mg |
DA's GLOW listing contains GHK-Cu, BPC-157 and TB-500. KLOW includes the additional KPV component. Separate capsule and transdermal listings are different formulations; do not transfer this vial's composition or documentation to those products.
Research on an individual ingredient is not evidence that this four-component formulation has the same effects. For example, primary publications have studied GHK-Cu in fibroblast cultures and BPC-157 in preclinical tendon models. Those experiments do not establish the efficacy, stability or interactions of the finished KLOW blend.
Match the assigned shipping lot to its report in the COA portal. Confirm the analytes, reported methods and results. A test for one constituent or one batch does not establish results for every constituent or batch. Labeled blend quantities and analytically measured content should be recorded separately.
KLOW is a named blend rather than a single chemical entity. Identify its constituents individually, including the material form stated by the supplier; a single component's identity data should not describe the entire mixture.
Follow the label, batch documentation and your laboratory's validated storage and handling procedures. Obtain formulation-specific compatibility and stability information before designing an experiment. For documents relating to this product, contact Disguised Alpha.
For laboratory research only. Not for human consumption, veterinary use, or therapeutic or diagnostic applications. Ingredient research and analytical test reports do not establish suitability for those uses.
One peptide at a time, never as KLOW: BPC-157 with FAK-paxillin in rat tendon fibroblasts, KPV with NF-kappaB and MAP kinase in human intestinal epithelial and T cell lines, full-length thymosin beta-4, TB-500's parent protein, with PINCH, integrin-linked kinase and Akt in cardiac cells and mouse hearts, and GHK-Cu with NF-kappaB p65 and p38 MAPK in mouse macrophages.
No. No published study has tested GHK-Cu, BPC-157, TB-500 and KPV together in any model, so there are no data on how they interact or on a combined effect. The nearest experiment paired BPC-157 with TB-500 in a rat Achilles repair model and reported no additive biomechanical effect over TB-500 alone at four weeks.
Two of the four are named on the 2026 WADA Prohibited List, both in classes prohibited at all times: BPC-157 in section S0, non-approved substances, and thymosin-β4 and its derivatives, e.g. TB-500, under S2.3, growth factors and growth factor modulators. GHK-Cu and KPV are not named, but S0 also covers unlisted substances with no current approval for human therapeutic use.
This page sells KLOW, a research blend of GHK-Cu, BPC-157, TB-500 and KPV labeled 80 mg per vial, as a powder lyophilized in the USA. Each published lot's certificate is shown under the lab that tested it, ILS Laboratories or Chromate. It is sold exclusively for laboratory research purposes and ships from Irvine, California, by FedEx 2-Day shipping.
