| Compound | NAD+ (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide) |
|---|---|
| Total NAD+ content | 1,000MG per bottle |
| Spray count | about 100 sprays per bottle |
| Format | aerosol research spray, finished and pre-formulated |
| Formula | C21H27N7O14P2, 663.43 g/mol |
NAD+ is the oxidized form of nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide. It is a coenzyme built from two nucleotides. It has no amino acids, so it is not a peptide.
Redox enzymes use NAD+ to carry electrons from one reaction to the next. As it does this, it cycles between NAD+ and its reduced form, NADH. Sirtuins, PARPs and CD38 use it up as a cosubstrate (Verdin, 2015; Covarrubias et al., 2021). Our NAD+ research guide sums up the cited studies.
Our team runs an internal QA review before release. It covers the finished bottle, the label, the spray count, the 1,000MG total content and the product records.

Primary research relevant to the named compound or clearly identified component is linked below. Experimental results depend on identity, model and formulation.
Investigated mitochondrial uptake of intact NAD. This mechanistic work is not a comparison of commercial NAD sprays, pens or solutions.
Retain the product label and lot number with the research record. Review the matching certificate of analysis for test coverage and reported results. Identity, analytical purity, measured content, sterility and endotoxin testing are distinct assessments; one does not establish the others.
Follow the supplied label and your laboratory’s validated handling and storage procedures. Record the vehicle, concentration and preparation date where relevant. Dry-material stability does not establish the shelf life of a prepared solution.
Concentration is the stated amount per mL; total content also depends on the container volume. A per-spray amount requires a verified pump output and must not be inferred from concentration alone. Check each component separately for a blend.
Open the linked certificate for the assigned lot or use the COA portal. Check sample identity, methods, date and reported measurements. A report for another lot or formulation is not a substitute.
The references describe the materials and conditions used by their authors. They do not establish that this commercial formulation was tested. For blends, evidence on an individual component does not validate the finished mixture or establish synergy.
