LoveWell Spray: Label, Concentration and COA Guide

Start with the full product identity

A useful spray record separates the label, the calculation and the measurement. For LoveWell, the catalog identifies PT-141 plus oxytocin in a 15 mL aerosol research spray, with 10 mg of each peptide and 100 labeled sprays. A COA must be evaluated against that exact composition and the actual supplied lot.

This checklist does not certify a particular batch or report an assay result. It explains what a reader needs to verify before treating a document as evidence for the supplied material.

The label arithmetic

Value Calculation Meaning
Total active peptide 10 mg + 10 mg = 20 mg Combined labeled mass; not 20 mg of each
Each component per mL 10 mg Γ· 15 mL β‰ˆ 0.667 mg/mL Calculated nominal concentration
Combined concentration 20 mg Γ· 15 mL β‰ˆ 1.333 mg/mL Sum of the two nominal concentrations
Each component per labeled spray 10 mg Γ· 100 = 0.1 mg = 100 mcg Consistent with the stated per-spray attribute
Nominal liquid allocation 15 mL Γ· 100 = 0.15 mL Arithmetic average; not a pump calibration

These numbers explain the label. They do not measure the bottle. In particular, dividing fill volume by spray count does not establish delivered-volume accuracy, spray-to-spray consistency, priming losses or residual volume.

A lot-matching checklist

  1. Product: Does the sample name identify both PT-141 and oxytocin?
  2. Form: Was the tested sample the finished spray, an ingredient or a different preparation?
  3. Lot: Does the report match the identifier on the actual supplied bottle?
  4. Source: Is the laboratory and report identifier clear, with a verifiable original document?
  5. Date and method: What was tested, when, and by which analytical method?
  6. Units: Are results expressed as percent, mass per bottle, mass per mL, activity units or another measurement?
  7. Coverage: Are both peptides identified and quantified, if the intended claim concerns both?

Open the COA portal and compare the report to the supplied label. If the match is incomplete, contact Disguised Alpha for clarification. A report with a familiar compound name is not automatically the correct report.

What each test can and cannot answer

Assessment Question it addresses Separate question
Identity Is the measured analyte consistent with the named compound? How much is present?
Analytical purity What proportion is reported as the target under the stated method? What is the absolute content per bottle?
Quantitation How much analyte did the method measure in the sample? How evenly does the device dispense it?
Pump uniformity How consistent is output under the tested conditions? Is the material sterile?
Sterility / microbial testing What does the specified microbial test report? What is the endotoxin result?
Stability What changes under defined storage conditions over time? Does a different formulation have the same stability?

Keep uncertainty visible in the research record

Use β€œlabeled” for nominal product specifications, β€œcalculated” for arithmetic derived from those specifications, and β€œmeasured” only when a report supports the number. Record any missing test or unresolved identity rather than filling it with an assumed value.

Storage records should follow the supplied label and validated laboratory procedures. Retain the actual lot, receipt date, opening date and handling history. Results from a dry raw material do not establish stability after it is incorporated into a liquid mixture.

This distinction is especially useful for a blend: a report about one ingredient may be relevant background, but it leaves the finished combination and its second component to be verified.

Frequently asked questions

What is the calculated concentration of LoveWell?

Using the labeled totals, 10 mg divided by 15 mL is approximately 0.667 mg/mL for each peptide. The combined nominal concentration is approximately 1.333 mg/mL. These calculations are not assay results.

Does 100 sprays prove a 0.15 mL pump output?

No. Dividing 15 mL by 100 gives a nominal average of 0.15 mL per labeled spray. It does not independently validate pump output, priming loss, residual liquid or uniformity.

Does a purity result verify the amount per spray?

No. Analytical purity, total measured content and delivery uniformity are different measurements. A purity percentage alone cannot establish how much of each peptide is dispensed.

Is an ingredient COA enough for the finished blend?

It can document the tested ingredient sample, but it does not by itself establish the identity, content, stability or other properties of the finished two-peptide spray.

What if the lot does not match the report?

Keep the mismatch explicit and request the correct documentation. Do not relabel a report, borrow another lot’s result or assume the same values apply.

Can oxytocin mass be automatically converted to international units?

No conversion should be inferred from a catalog mass alone. International units express biological activity and require the relevant validated potency reference and material-specific documentation.
