SLU-PP-915, sometimes shortened to SLU-915 or SLU915, is a small-molecule pan-agonist of estrogen-related receptors (ERRs). It was investigated alongside the structurally distinct SLU-PP-332 in preclinical cardiac research. It is a separate compound, and results for one should not automatically be assigned to the other.[1]
ERR signaling and compound identity
ERRs regulate transcription associated with cellular metabolism. In the 2024 study, researchers examined fatty-acid use, mitochondrial function and receptor dependence. ERRΞ³ emerged as an important mediator of the cardiac responses in those experiments.[1]
A receptor target is not a complete description of a compound. Structure, selectivity, exposure, preparation and the assay endpoint all matter when interpreting a result. The phrase βpan-ERR agonistβ does not supply a potency conversion between SLU-PP-915 and SLU-PP-332.
What the studies show
| Source | Study setting | Scope |
|---|---|---|
| Xu et al., 2024 [1] | Pressure-overload heart-failure model in mice, plus cellular and genetic experiments | Reported improved cardiac function and reduced fibrosis with the tested ERR agonists. These are preclinical results. |
| MΓΆller, Krug and Thevis, 2026 [2] | Analytical characterization and in vitro metabolism | Investigated how SLU-PP-332 and SLU-PP-915 can be characterized and their metabolic products studied; not a therapeutic trial. |
The analytical paper is relevant to compound identification and laboratory detection. A metabolism experiment outside the body cannot establish an effective human regimen, clinical benefit or long-term safety.[2]
SLU-PP-915 versus SLU-PP-332
These names should remain separate in literature searches, inventories and COA records. Shared inclusion in a study does not make them interchangeable. In particular, a 10 mg label for one and a 100 mg label for the other is a statement about supplied quantities, not a demonstrated tenfold potency relationship.
The cited studies do not establish that SLU-PP-915 reproduces the benefits of exercise in people or treats human heart failure. They also do not validate a commercial capsule’s exposure or establish its equivalence to the preparations used by the study authors.
For a useful comparison, begin with the exact compound and experiment, then record which outcome was measured. Avoid combining exercise-related claims from other compounds with SLU-PP-915 results simply because the names are similar.
Disguised Alpha COAs and batch documentation
Two published capsule reports use different lot identifiers. They are listed separately below; their identifiers have not been treated as synonyms.
- SL901 β Chromate report #38846 Β· analysis dated August 23, 2026. Open certificate image. The report lists identity confirmation and 11.80 mg against a 10 mg specification.
- SLP901 β Freedom Diagnostics, accession 2607220377 Β· reported July 22, 2026. Open certificate image. The report lists 99.75% purity, 9.51 mg net content and confirmed identity.
DA’s product record lists SLP901 at the time of this review. Match the shipped lot to its report, and request clarification if the label and certificate differ. A numerical purity result is not the same measurement as capsule content.

A COA concerns the sample tested and the methods reported. It is not a clinical trial, regulatory approval or proof of safety for human use. Current availability and shipping lots can change.
