PT-141 + Oxytocin · LoveWell research spray
LoveWell is Disguised Alpha’s PT-141 / Oxytocin aerosol research spray. The 15 mL bottle is labeled with 10 mg PT-141 and 10 mg oxytocin, 100 sprays, and 100 mcg of each peptide per spray. PT-141 is also known as bremelanotide. The two-component format brings melanocortin and oxytocin-receptor research into one labeled preparation.
| Specification | Labeled or calculated value |
|---|---|
| Product | LoveWell PT-141 / Oxytocin aerosol research spray |
| PT-141 per bottle | 10 mg, labeled |
| Oxytocin per bottle | 10 mg, labeled |
| Combined peptide content | 20 mg total; 10 mg of each component |
| Fill volume | 15 mL |
| Labeled spray count | 100 |
| Labeled amount per spray | 100 mcg PT-141 + 100 mcg oxytocin |
| Mass ratio | 1:1 PT-141 to oxytocin; not a statement of equal biological activity |
| Calculated concentration | Approximately 0.667 mg/mL of each peptide; approximately 1.333 mg/mL combined |
Calculated concentration is label arithmetic, not a laboratory assay. The 100 mcg + 100 mcg per-spray figure is taken from the product’s stated strength attribute; it is not inferred from concentration alone.
PT-141 is a synthetic cyclic peptide studied as a melanocortin receptor agonist. Oxytocin is a separate peptide acting through the oxytocin receptor. Experimental work on oxytocin-receptor signaling has examined Gq and Gi pathways and intracellular calcium. Receptor findings depend on the model and do not establish how this finished blend behaves.
A 2004 intranasal PT-141 study examined PT-141 alone. An oxytocin crossover trial studied oxytocin alone and did not find a significant treatment advantage over placebo. Neither tested LoveWell. Research formulations, populations and endpoints must be distinguished from the commercial research material described here.
Searches for “PT-141 nasal spray” or “oxytocin nasal spray” can refer to different preparations. LoveWell contains both peptides. A single-peptide product, a preparation kit and a finished blend should not be treated as interchangeable. Check each component’s total mass, the finished volume, spray count and supplied format.
LoveWell also differs from LovePrime (Kisspeptin / Oxytocin / PT-141), which adds a third peptide and is supplied as a separate research product.
Review the COA portal for the actual supplied lot. Confirm both analytes, the sample description, laboratory, method and reported units. Purity, identity, measured content, sterility, endotoxin results and pump uniformity answer different questions. A single purity percentage does not verify every one of them.
Keep nominal label values separate from measured results. If a report for the finished spray cannot be matched, request the matching documentation; a report for a different batch or a raw ingredient is not a substitute.
Follow the supplied label and your laboratory’s validated storage and handling procedures. Keep the container identification and opening date in the research record. Neither a dry-peptide report nor another spray’s instructions establishes the stability of this preparation.
It is a two-peptide research formulation containing PT-141, also called bremelanotide, and oxytocin. LoveWell is Disguised Alpha’s 15 mL aerosol research spray, labeled with 10 mg of each peptide and 100 sprays.
The labeled bottle totals are 10 mg PT-141 and 10 mg oxytocin: 20 mg combined. The product attributes state 100 mcg of each peptide per spray. These are product specifications, not a substitute for a measured lot result.
PT-141 is the development name for bremelanotide. This identity does not make a research spray equivalent to a prescription bremelanotide medicine; formulation, route and regulatory status remain separate.
No. LoveWell contains both PT-141 and oxytocin. An oxytocin-only product contains no PT-141 unless its composition explicitly says otherwise. Compare component amounts and formulation, not just the spray format.
No. The 20 mg figure is the combined total: 10 mg PT-141 plus 10 mg oxytocin. Each compound should be tracked separately in research records.
The listing specifies 100 sprays in a 15 mL bottle. A spray count is a labeled package specification; it does not independently measure pump output or content uniformity.
mg/mL describes concentration in the liquid. mcg per spray describes the nominal amount associated with one actuation. Converting between them also requires the volume dispensed per actuation.
No. A 1:1 mass ratio means equal labeled masses. Different peptides can have different molecular weights, receptor interactions and assay responses; equal mass does not establish equal activity.
No. LoveWell is a two-component spray containing PT-141 and oxytocin. LovePrime is a separate three-component research blend that also contains kisspeptin. Their composition and formats are different.
No. Vyleesi is a prescription bremelanotide injection. LoveWell is a research-only PT-141 / Oxytocin spray and is not that approved medicine.
No. Research on PT-141 or oxytocin alone does not establish the stability, interactions, safety or effectiveness of this finished combination. Product-specific claims require evidence on the actual formulation.
Use the COA portal and match the report to the actual supplied lot, both peptide identities and the finished spray format. If that matching record is not available, request it from support before relying on a purity or content claim.
