Lyophilized research material
Tesamorelin is a synthetic analog of growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH). Labs study it in growth hormone and IGF-1 pathway research. It is sold for lab research only.
Each batch goes through our own quality checks and third-party lab testing. Our in-house team then packs and ships every order.
Tesamorelin is a chain of 44 amino acids. It keeps the full sequence of human GHRH(1-44), with a C-terminal amide. It adds a trans-3-hexenoyl group to the first amino acid, a tyrosine. It was developed under the code TH9507.
In early lab work, that added group made the peptide resistant to the enzyme dipeptidyl aminopeptidase-IV (DPP-IV). It also slowed the peptide's breakdown in plasma in vitro (Ferdinandi et al., 2007).
The same report covers daily repeat studies in pigs, rats and dogs. In those animals, it raised plasma growth hormone and IGF-1 (Ferdinandi et al., 2007).

Tesamorelin is studied as a GHRH analog. That makes it relevant to research on pituitary signaling, growth hormone release and IGF-1 activity. Labs also use it in models of endocrine and metabolic regulation.
Many sellers say their products are "third-party tested." Testing only counts when the labs can be trusted and someone checks the data. We vetted each lab partner ourselves before we started work with them.
Testing is one part of a wider quality system. That system covers holding suppliers to account, batch review, internal QA, storage and in-house shipping.

Retain the product label and lot number with the research record. Review the matching certificate of analysis for test coverage and reported results. Identity, analytical purity, measured content, sterility and endotoxin testing are distinct assessments; one does not establish the others.
Follow the supplied label and your laboratory’s validated handling and storage procedures. Record the vehicle, concentration and preparation date where relevant. Dry-material stability does not establish the shelf life of a prepared solution.
The listed milligrams refer to material per vial, not concentration or administration instructions. A prepared solution has its own concentration and stability requirements. Verify the exact selected option and shipping lot.
Open the linked certificate for the assigned lot or use the COA portal. Check sample identity, methods, date and reported measurements. A report for another lot or formulation is not a substitute.
The current certificate is matched to the selected product option and assigned shipping batch.
